7.7 SIGROW - Signature Row

The content of the Signature Row fuses (SIGROW) is pre-programmed and read-only. SIGROW contains information such as device ID, serial number, and calibration values.

All the AVR128DA28/32/48/64(S) devices have a three-byte device ID that identifies the device. The device ID can be read using the Unified Program and Debug Interface (UPDI), also when a device is locked. The device ID for the AVR128DA28/32/48/64(S) devices consists of three signature bytes, which is given by the following table.
