3.1 Introduction and Requisites

The previous section explains how to evaluate the Demonstration kits. This chapter and the following sections are focused on users who, once evaluated the kits, want to:

• Debug the Demo Meter application.
• Modify the Demo Meter application, in order to develop new features or to speed up the firmware development of a custom design.

Requirements:

• Development Tools installation
• Hardware debugger (J-32 Debug Probe or a J-Link debug probe supporting the PIC32CXMTx micro controllers)

This document assumes that users are already familiar with the development tool and know how to build, debug, and program embedded ‘C’ applications.
