Introduction

The AVR32LA14/20/28/32 microcontrollers (MCUs) of the AVR® LA family use the AVR CPU with a hardware multiplier running at clock speeds of up to 20 MHz. They come with 32 KB of Flash memory, 2 KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The microcontrollers are available in 14-, 20-, 28-, and 32-pin packages. The AVR LA family uses the latest technology from Microchip, featuring a flexible and low-power architecture, that includes an Event System, accurate analog subsystems, advanced digital peripherals, and a Peripheral Touch Controller.
