24.5.2 Flash Memory Organization
The Device Flash memory is divided into two logical Flash partitions:
- Main Program Flash Memory (PFM)
- Boot/Configuration Flash Memory (BFM)
- Boot Flash
- Device/Boot Configuration – Device and boot configuration data
- OTP (One Time Programmable) – User system calibration data
Each Flash section has a different protection status; refer to the following table.
