The router/end device requests Node Descriptor during the initialization
procedure before finding and binding to discover the Capability
Information and other details of the Coordinator device in
the network. For more details, refer to Zigbee Device
Profile (ZDP).
Packet #28 and #36 show the Node Descriptor
Request and Node Descriptor Response from the router and
coordinator devices, respectively. Packet #40 shows the APS:
ACK by end device for Node Descriptor Response from
Coordinator.
