The routers and coordinator send the Network (NWK) link status frames, so that
neighboring nodes can maintain information on the link costs required for routing. The
Link Status frames are periodically transmitted as one-hop
broadcasts. The Link Status list contains the short address and link
cost information of all neighboring nodes. The following figure illustrates the header
