The PIC32CZ CA70/MC70 implements the Arm® Cortex®-M7 processor, based on the ARMv7E-M Baseline Architecture, which is the highest-performance Cortex-M processor.

The Arm Cortex-M7 processor that has been implemented is revision r1p1.
