38.4.4 Temperature Sensor

The temperature sensor is internally connected to the channel with the highest index of the ADC.

The temperature sensor provides an output voltage VTEMP that is proportional to the absolute temperature (PTAT).

To activate the temperature sensor, the bit TEMPON in the Temperature Sensor Mode register (ADC_TEMPMR) must be set. After setting the bit, the start-up time of the temperature sensor must be achieved prior to initiating any measurements.
