4.2.1 Stack Up and Material
The PolarFire SFP+ module is designed with six-layer PCB and Material used is Nelco 4000-13SI.
The stack-up is as follows:
- Top
- GND1
- SIG1
- Power
- GND2
- Bottom
Note: The total PCB thickness is 1 mm with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm.
