Code Signature Verification in IRT/Boot Code Only

The code signing key can be placed in the same write protected IRT section with the boot code if the code signing key is only needed in the IRT/bootloader. This will provide the same protection as the boot code which is equally as important as a fixed key. This prevents all modifications from both IRT and FIRMWARE sections of code.
