2 Block Diagram

The PL460 modem is composed of a high-performance core and a class-D amplifier line driver for the main transmission branch. The main functions of the high-performance core are to manage communication with the host controller and to run the lower layers of the PLC protocols. The figure below illustrates the block diagram of the PL460.
