2.4 Serial Data Output (DO)

The Serial Data Output (DO) pin is used to transfer data out of the AT93C56B/AT93C66B. During a read sequence, data are shifted out on this pin after the rising edge of the Serial Data Clock (SK).

This pin also outputs the Ready/Busy status of the part if CS is brought high after being low for a minimum of t_cs and an erase or write operation has been initiated.
