Note:

The RTC_IN[5:7] and RTC_OUT[5:7] are not available on 100-pin packages .
Only the IO pins in the VDDCORE_BU power domain can be used to wakeup the device from Hibernate or Backup sleep modes, when using the RTC Tamper Detection features (Wake/Capture/Active Layer Protection). These pins are RTC_IN0, RTC_IN2, RTC_IN3, RTC_IN4, RTC_OUT0.
