5.1.2 Sending Data to the Device

The AT25080B/AT25160B uses the SI pin to receive information. All instruction, address and data input bytes are clocked into the device with the Most Significant bit (MSb) first. The SI pin is sampled on the first rising edge of the SCK line after CS has been asserted.
