Introduction

The SAM9X75 SiP integrates the ARM926 Arm® processor-based SAM9X75 MPU with an up to 2-Gbit DDR3L SDRAM. By combining the SAM9X75 with a DDR SDRAM in a single package, PCB routing complexity, area and number of layers are reduced in the majority of cases. This makes board design easier and more robust by facilitating design for EMI, ESD and signal integrity.

The following SDRAM memory types and densities are available:

1-Gbit DDR3L SDRAM
2-Gbit DDR3L SDRAM
