Memory Automatic Low-Power Control in ULP1 Low-Power State

The SFR_MEMPOWER register is used to configure the embedded memories policy when switching to ULP1 Low-Power state. The POWG_DIS field (default reset value=1) activates automatic switching to memory Low-Power state.

When enabled (POWG_DIS=0), the DEEPSLEEP field is available to select the Light Sleep or Deep Sleep Low-Power state, so that the best tradeoff can be found between power consumption and wake-up time.
