Note: This register does not apply for H2PB0/1/2 Main regions, that is IDAU EXEMPT_B
regions with indices 10, 11, 12. The Secure/Non-Secure configuration for the
peripherals (H2PB bridges included) is done through the BOOTCFG H2PB fuses and
applied by the Rom code.
