12.3.4.1.1 Internal High-Frequency Oscillator (OSCHF)

The OSCHF oscillator supports output frequencies of 16 and 20 MHz. It can be used as a clock source for the main clock (CLK_MAIN) and for several peripherals (see the CLKCTRL Block Diagram). The output frequency of the OSCHF can be tuned manually or automatically against an external 32.768 kHz oscillator (XOSC32K) to reduce drift.
