1.6 Watchdog Enabling and Timing Configuration

The WDT can be enabled and configured in two ways:

Either through fuses, which makes the AVR load the specified settings before leaving system Reset.
Or the WDT can be enabled at run-time, which means that the firmware writes the desired settings to the WDT control registers at run-time.
