1.2.2 PLC PHY Sniffer Service

This service serializes transmitted and received PLC PHY frames (along with informative frame parameters) in a buffer to later send them through a Serial Interface using USI Service. On the other side, a tool, such as Microchip PLC Sniffer tool, can be used to decode and show the frames.
