1.2.7 RF PHY Sniffer Service

This service serializes transmitted and received RF PHY frames (along with informative frame parameters) in a buffer to later send them through a serial interface using the USI Service. On the other side, a tool, such as Microchip Hybrid Sniffer tool, can be used to decode and show the frames.
