Zigbee Cluster Library (ZCL) is a part of BitCloud, which is intended to be used to create fully Zigbee compliant software for Smart Energy, Building Automation and Home Automation devices.

ZCL implements a set of standard Zigbee clusters. A cluster is a related collection of commands and attributes, which together define an interface to a specific functionality available on a given device. Zigbee 3.0 application device types may utilize some of the clusters defined in the ZCL.
