CML

Current-Mode Logic (CML) outputs provide similar performance to LVPECL, but do not require an external bias. So CML is an option when an LVPECL type output is required, but power consumption is a concern. CML outputs need to be AC-coupled because they cannot provide sufficient current to bias other devices.
