2 Create a myMicrochip Support Case

  1. Go to Technical Support on Microchip.com.

  2. Create a new myMicrochip account or log in to an existing account.

  3. In the "Let us know how we can help you" section select:
    1. Value-Added Services
  4. Click Next.

  5. In the "Provide more specific information" section, enter the following:
    1. Subject: Provisioning the secure IC in the primary target device
    2. Device: Secure IC (plain device number)
    3. Additional Microchip Devices: Optional
    4. Non-Microchip Devices Involved: Optional
    5. Category: Provisioning Services
    6. Subcategory: Provisioning flow selected in the questionnaire (TrustFLEX or TrustCUSTOM)
  6. Click Next.

  7. In the "Describe your issue here" section, provide:
    1. Project details
    2. Devices to be provisioned
    3. End-application description
  8. Click Submit and Add Attachments.

  9. Attach the downloaded Secure Exchange Questionnaire and click Done.
