3.3 On-Board Memories

The SAM9X75 MPU features a Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI), Secure Digital MultiMedia Card Controllers (SDMMC) and a Static Memory Controller (SMC) to enable interfacing with a wide range of external memories. The DDR3L SDRAM is integrated within the SiP package. This section describes the memory devices mounted on the SAM9X75 Curiosity Pro board:

Integrated DDR3L SDRAM (within the SiP)
One 64-Mbit serial quad I/O Flash with pre-programmed EUI-48 MAC ID
One 4-Gb SLC NAND Flash memory device
One 2-Kb TWI EEPROM

Additional memory can be added to the board by:

installing an SD card in the SD card slot, or
using the USB ports.

Support depends on the OS driver support.
