Introduction
1 Installing the Library
To use the libraries, install the MPLAB Code Configurator plug-in tool in the MPLAB X IDE. This section describes the installation of MCC and the IEC60730 Class B Diagnostic Libraries.
2 Updating the Library
An update may be required if the library was installed previously and a new version is available. This section describes how to update the library using CMT in MCC.
3 Adding Diagnostic Tests
This section describes adding diagnostic tests using MCC Melody and the IEC60730 Class B Diagnostic Libraries in MPLAB X projects.
4 Running the Examples
Examples are available for each diagnostic test. Users can generate these examples if the options are enabled in the user interface. For instance, to add the PIC16/18 CPU register diagnostic example:
