3.2.1.2.1 HNT Public Keys

HNT public keys are generated from the HNT private key using the GenKey command. The GenKey will generate the full 64-byte public key but only the X value is required. The Y value can be ignored because the HNT private key meets the compact public key requirements.

If so desired, the Helium public key can be stored in any available data locations but there is no requirement to store this as it can readily be regenerated as specified.
