2.2 Clock Test using Secondary Reference Oscillator

Test Name: Clock Test with Secondary Clock reference

Acceptable Measure (Annex. H): Frequency monitoring (H.2.18.10.1))

Purpose of test: Detect unexpected deviations in system clock frequency.

Description: This diagnostic test checks the stability and reliability oscillation at the expected clock frequency. It verifies the reliability of the system clock (i.e., the system clock should be neither too fast nor too slow)
