8.6.3.3 Operations in Sleep/Idle Modes
The clock sources to the module are shut down and the module remains halted when the device enters Sleep mode.
When the device enters Idle mode, the module's operation is governed by the SIDL bit in
the CAMCON register. Setting CAMCON[SIDL] bit halts the module in Idle mode. Although
the TRNG operation ceases when the module is halted, the TRNG ring oscillators remain
active. If SIDL is set to 0, the module continues to operate in Idle
mode, allowing access to all registers.
