3.5.1 Initialization Operation
Initialization brings the PUF module to a consistent state after each reset and power cycle.
That operation includes a memory test unless it has been disabled.
The PUF driver performs the initialization in two steps:
- Driver initialization with the base addresses to the hardware registers of the PUF module.
- Driver start (with optional initial register configuration), which performs the initialization of the PUF module.
