2.3 Device Information Area (DIA)

The Device Information Area (DIA) is a dedicated region in the Program Flash Memory. The data is mapped from address 8100h to 813Fh. These locations are read-only and cannot be erased or modified. The DIA contains the Microchip Unique Identifier words and the Fixed Voltage Reference (FVR) voltage readings in millivolts (mV). Table 2-2 holds the DIA information for the PIC16F13145 family of microcontrollers.
