Note:
- For the MCP14LH2106, the VIN, VTH, and IIN parameters are referenced to COM. The VO and IO parameters are referenced to COM and are applicable to the respective output pins: HO and LO.
- For the MCP14LH21064, the VIN, VTH, and IIN parameters are referenced to VSS and are applicable to the two logic input pins: HIN and LIN. The VO and IO parameters are referenced to COM and are applicable to the respective output pins: HO and LO.
- For optimal operation, it is recommended that the input pulse (to HIN and LIN) should have an amplitude of 2.5V minimum, with a Pulse Width (PW) of at least 440 μs.
