50.3.2 Input Pins
| Symbol | Parameter | Conditions | Min | Typ | Max | Unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EMAFEIN | Input voltage range on EMAFE input pins | On IP{1,2}, IN{1,2} and VP{1,2} | -0.25 | – | 0.25 | V |
| VGPIO_IN | Input voltage range on GPIOs referenced to VDD3V3 | On any pin configured as a digital input | -0.3 | – | VDD3V3 +0.3 | V |
| VVDDBU_IN | Input voltage range on inputs referenced to VDDBU (VBAT or VDD3V3) | – | -0.3 | – | (VBAT,VDD3V3) +0.3 | V |
| VIN | Input line voltage range on inputs(2, 3) | – | -0.3 | – | VDD3V3 + 0.3V | V |
| IIN | DC current injection on inputs(4) | – | – | – | ±0.2 | mA |
| ITOT_INJ | Total current injection per power rail or per ground rail(5) | – | – | – | ±2 | mA |
Note:
- All I/O pins are internally clamped to their respective VDD and GND rails as defined in the table “Pin Description”.
- Input voltages VIN ≤ 0V or VIN ≥ VDD3V3 lead to negative or positive current injection on inputs.
- For analog inputs, input voltages VIN ≥ min(VDD3V3, VVREFP) lead to saturated A/D conversion to 0xFFF.
- Current injection on A/D converter analog inputs may degrade the analog performance of the corresponding channel or the analog performance of other analog channels.
- Corresponds to the sum of the positive currents into one power rail and respectively to the sum of the negative currents into one ground rail as defined in the table Pinout and Multiplexing.
