4.2.2 Dual-Band Transmitter with Single Antenna

In this scenario, the PA and antenna must serve two frequencies. Finding suitable matching and load impedance can be challenging and often requires a trade-off in output power and harmonic suppression between the two frequency bands.

The following figure illustrates a dual-band transmitter setup where two RF bands are transmitted through a single shared antenna (2 x RF Band + 1 x ANT).
