5 Inter-IC Sound Controller (I2SC)

The Inter-IC Sound Controller (I2SC) is an I2S bus specification-compliant, 5-wire, bidirectional, synchronous digital audio interface that can communicate with external I2S devices such as audio codecs.

The I2SC signals are:

• I2SDI – I2S Data Input line
• I2SDO – I2S Data Output line
• I2SWS – I2S Word Select line
• I2SCK – I2S Bit Clock line
• I2SMCK – I2S Master Clock line
