13.2 HIF Message Header Structure
The HIF message is the data structure exchanged back and forth between the Host Interface and the WINC firmware. The HIF message header structure consists of three fields:
- The Group ID (8-bit) – a group ID is
the category of the message. Valid categories are enumerated in
tenuM2mReqGroup
. - Op Code (8-bit) – is a command
number. Valid command number is a value enumerated in:
tenuM2mConfigCmd and tenuM2mStaCmd
,tenuM2mApCmd
, andtenuM2mP2pCmd
corresponding to configuration, STA mode, AP mode, and P2P mode commands.Note:- Refer to the

for the full list of commands. - The P2P mode is not supported after release v19.5.3.
