Specify your RAM configuration by setting your Read and Write Depth and
Width.
Select the Initialize RAM for Simulation check
box.
Click Customize RAM Content.

Important:
Clearing and
selecting the Initialize RAM for Simulation
check box in the same dialog box does not discard the memory file
data in the generated files. To discard the memory file data, clear
the Initialize RAM for Simulation check box
and click OK.
After selecting the Initialize RAM for
Simulation check box, use the Customize
RAM Content option to initialize memory content to
zeros.
