PolarFire FPGA Package Fanout

Microchip offers Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) devices with the following three pitch sizes: 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm and 1 mm. The density, complexity, and type of routing differ across devices based on the application and size of the board.
