2.9.1.7.6 QSPI Memory Boot Configuration (Third Word)

This word is the third word used to add an external QSPI Flash memory in the boot sequence. It allows to enable the Anti-Rollback and/or the Dual Boot mechanisms when the ROM Code is looking for a valid bootstrap file in the external QSPI Flash memory.
