4.2 Make sure the disable boot option is disabled

We recommend implementing a hardware option to disable booting from external non-volatile memories (NVMs). It is then possible to enter the ROM code standard monitor even if there is valid code in one of the connected external NVMs. Once in the ROM code standard monitor, a new version of the bootstrap or embedded application can be programmed into the external NVM.
