2.1.1 Software Prerequisites

The instructions in this tutorial assume that the user have already installed the following software:

  • MPLAB® X IDE
  • MPLAB® XC32/32++ C Compiler

The Smart Energy example applications can be found on dedicated repositories, such as smartenergy, smartenergy_g3_apps, smartenergy_prime_apps and smartenergy_metersandmore_apps.
