2.2.5.3.2 Terminal Interface Notes

  • The interface does not differentiate between uppercase and lowercase.
  • In newer versions of the Terminal, characters ‘\t’, ‘,’, ‘;’, ‘[‘, ‘]’, ‘(‘ and ‘)’ are replaced by the space character ‘ ‘ before processing commands, so different entry methods are accepted.
  • As seen on Command and Console Configuration, the command length is limited to 12 arguments and 255 characters.
