30.8.1 Power Domains

Leaving aside the domains supplied by external power pins, such as VDDREG, AVDD, VDDIO , the device is divided into these internal power domains:

VDDCORE_BU_PD
VDDCORE_SW_PD
VDDCORE_RAM_PD

VDDCORE_SW_PD: Is the Switchable Power Domain. It contains the CPU and all the peripherals except those located in the backup power domain.

VDDCORE_BU_PD: Contains the backup peripherals: OSC32KCTRL, SUPC, RSTC, RTC, TRAM, and the PM itself.

VDDCORE_RAM_PD: Contains the system RAM.
