3.2.4 DDR Controller and DDR Memory

The SAM9X75 is a System-in-Package (SiP) that integrates the DDR3L SDRAM within the same package (SAM9X75D2G). This eliminates the need for external DDR routing and significantly simplifies board design.

The only external part is the DDR_VREF bridge, which serves as a voltage reference input for the DDR I/Os.
