Field	Description
connHandle	Connection handle associated with this connection.
attrHandle	Handle of the attribute being read.
readType	Type of read operation being requested. Only ATT_READ_BY_TYPE_REQ/ATT_READ_REQ/ATT_READ_BLOB_REQ are allowed. See ATT opcodes.
readOffset	Offset for a read blob request; specifies where to start reading.
