2.7 Optional Commands

This section of the UI is used to initialize optional commands that the bootloader supports but does not require for basic operation.

Description: These input options allow users to enable the interface functions housed within the bootloader firmware that can perform memory operations using various memory APIs for the bootloader. These are not required but will be useful for some configuration steps that happen before the end application takes control.

Example: These command options are very simple to use. Select the command of choice to generate into the bootloader firmware. Everything else is handled by MPLAB® X IDE and the bootloader library. Any option that is highlighted with a blue color will be included in the code generation.
