3.5.2 EEPROM
PL360MB mounts a serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) AT24CM01 device in an 8 JEDEC SOIC package.
AT24CM01 provides 1,048,576 bits of serial EEPROM organized as 131,072 words of 8 bits each. The 1-Mbit is internally organized as 512 pages of 256 bytes each. Random word addressing requires a 17-bit data word address. It is accessible through Two Wires Interface (TWI) and is I2C compatible.
