18.3.6.3 Variables to Control Special Linking Needs

Some tools require special handling of the linker files, facilitated by the macro MP_LINKER_FILE_OPTION.

The XC16, XC-DSC and XC32 toolchain require this option since they need to specify a part name or a file name, depending on whether the project contains a linker script or not.
