2.3.6 Parallel Module Synchronization Setting:

The 2-module parallel configuration uses the SYNC (pin 7) and CLKOUT (pin 29) pins for module synchronization.

The Host CLKOUT signal provides the clock reference for PWM synchronization and should be connected to the Client SYNC pin for parallel operation, as shown in the typical application circuit.

Note: The external SYNC clock is applied at 2 × PWM frequency so the device can derive the required timing for its two-phase interleaved switching architecture and maintain proper phase alignment. The SYNC signal frequency applied must also result in a higher switching frequency than the free running frequency
