The DMAC transfer type must be configured according to the FLEX_TWI_FMR.TXRDYM/RXRDYM settings.
As example, FLEX_TWI_FMR.TXRDYM/RXRDYM=0 is not compatible with DMAC transfers in word (32-bit).
